Tuesday, November 7th:

  • Registration 8:00 am

  • Morning Learning Festival Activities: 8:30 am to 11:45 am

  • Lunch Provided with Benchmarking Conversations Noon to 1:15 pm

  • Afternoon Learning Festival Activities 1:15 to 5:00 pm

  • Several Dinner Options

  • Broadway Theater Concert (7:30 pm to 9:30 pm) 

 
Wednesday, November 8th

  • Morning Learning Activities: 8:30 am to 11:30 am

  • Lunch Dining Options with New Colleagues 11:45 to 1:15 pm

  • Afternoon Learning Festival Activities: 1:15 to 3:00 pm

  • Facing Learning Futures Wrap Up: 3:00 to 4:00 pm

How is the Learning Festival Different from a  Conference/Convention?

Elliott Masie is designing the Learning Festival to be Engaging, Interactive, High Energy, Vendor-Neutral and Participant Centered.

Instead of Keynotes - You will interviewing amazing experts.
Instead of 60 Minute Breakouts - You will engage in provocative conversations.

Instead of a Trade Show - We will brainstorm the next innovations needed for Learning.

Instead of a Thousands of Participants - The Learning Festival will have 250 Colleagues.

And, we will add the Magic of Broadway to the rich conversations about learning.  Co-Hosted by Telly Leung (Star of Aladdin, Allegiance and Glee) with Performances and Perspectives from Melinda Doolittle (American Idol) and other stars.

Where will we gather for the Learning Festival?

​

The Learning Festival will be meeting in the Times Square District (48th Street and Broadway).  In addition, we will be gathering in a Broadway Theater for a Tuesday Night Celebration.  Most colleagues will be staying in one of the hotels near the Theater District.   We will provide complete addresses and directions for our sessions to participants.

What is the dress for the Learning Festival?

​

Casual.  Comfortable shoes and an extra layer for air conditioning!

 

​Is there a limit on the size of the Learning Festival?

​

We are designing and limiting the Learning Festival for 250 Learning Colleagues!.  This will allow for more interaction and personalization.   We will close registrations when the capacity is filled.

Why locate the Learning Festival in New York City?

​

Elliott Masie produced learning and training events in Florida and other locations for over 30 years.  We located the Learning Festival in New York City for these reasons:​

  • Including Business & Learning Leaders Based in NYC

  • Leveraging Broadway Theater Resources and Amazing Performers.

  • Designing a "Festival" vs. Convention Center Format

  • Choosing a State without Restrictions on Free Speech and Health Care.

 

What is the Early Tuition for the Learning Festival?

Early (No-Risk) Registration for the Learning Festival is $995.
(Non-Profit /Government Rate: $895)
 

Learning Festival Registrations may be cancelled with no penalty until November 1, 2023.

There is a $200 cancellation fee after November 1, 2023.

Registrations can be changed to a new participant up until November 7th.

 

Learning Festival Registration Includes:

  • All Learning Festival Sessions and Activities on November 7 and 8th.

  • Follow-Up Video Session: Live or Streamed in December.

  • Breaks/Refreshments & Lunch on November 7th.

  • Broadway Entertainment Evening: November 7th

  • 3 Hardcover Books by Learning Festival Faculty
